Marilyn B.
Parente,
our Senior Partners, are true to their passion for tapping the
synergy that comes from working together towards a common goal. They
joined forces as TeamsWork Enterprises to help today’s businesses
succeed through increased team and organizational effectiveness. With
skills acquired as team members, leaders, facilitators, and trainers in
some of the largest organizations in both the private and public sectors
in the United States, Gerry and Marilyn offer proven techniques and
solutions to their clients.

Marilyn Parente and
Gerry Kaufhold
Gerry's professional associations include the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the
NJ
Organizational Development Network (NJODN). He is certified as a
Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for
Human Resource Management. A past President of the Northern
New Jersey Chapter of
ASTD (NNJ-ASTD), he currently sits on its Board as a Member-At-Large.
Marilyn holds Life Certification as a
Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for
Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a member of the Association for
Psychological Type (APT), SHRM, NJODN, ASTD, and the Mid-NJ ASTD Chapter. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
(Step I and Step II), and holds a Master of Arts degree in
Organizational Management. A former member of NNJ-ASTD, she
served on its Board of Directors as VP of Communications
as well as Special Interest Groups. Marilyn is a charter
member and the current President of APT-eChapter, the first virtual
chapter for APT.
Beverly A.
Maddalone,
our Director of Sales and New Business Development
TeamsWork Enterprises is pleased to announce that Beverly Maddalone has joined us in the role of Director of Sales
and New Business Development.
Her background includes fourteen years of product
marketing and management experience in the voice and data communications
marketplace as well as experience in project management for delivering
wireless, Internet, call center, web hosting, and networking solutions to
the global market.
Beverly earned her MBA in International Business from the
University of Phoenix / Western International University. She is
also a licensed New
Jersey Realtor, where her skills in new business development play a key
role in attracting and retaining loyal clients who appreciate her honesty
and professionalism.
