Sales / Products and Services

Are you an independent contractor interested in a sales opportunity?  We're looking for an experienced sales person to sell our assessments, training, and management consulting services.  Our offerings include value-centered assessments, seminars and workshops, coaching, and management consulting.

The ideal candidate should meet the following position requirements:

  • Strong experience in selling services
  • Excellent lead identification and relationship development skills 
  • Strong focus on customer needs satisfaction 
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of corporate human resource management and hiring practices
  • Strong understanding of business operations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Computer proficiency (intermediate level in MS Office products)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 5 years corporate experience 
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation is based on revenues generated.  Accelerated incentive commission rates provided during sales representative ramp-up. The addition and retention of clients has a compounding effect on sales compensation year over year.
