Prior
to conducting the workshop, the
priority developmental needs of your team or workgroup are
identified through an Team / Organization
Effectiveness Audit. The audit results are used
to create a customized learning experience which includes:

Core
Workshop with 16 hours of selected and
intensive
skill building modules designed to
increase team
effectiveness and culture.

Know
What, So What, Now What? Sessions
to
facilitate
the transition of new skills and knowledge to the job.
They
consist of two post core workshop mini-sessions that build
on
the core workshop learning and provide strategies to
overcome barriers in applying new team skills and behaviors
on the job.

Individual
and Team Action Plans to facilitate
commitment
of newly learned skills, knowledge, and team culture back on
the job.
The High Performance Team Workshop also
includes a follow-up
audit to measure changes in applied team behaviors on the job with
the intent to demonstrate the return on your investment from the
