-- Creating Your Vision
This
facilitated workshop provides a disciplined approach for the
leadership team to create a vision for the company.
Through brainstorming of the factors that affect the
company’s future and the world in which it will operate, workshop
participants will define and evolve an image of the company’s
future state.
This vision creation process elicits ownership and commitment
to be champions of the vision throughout the organization.
The last step in the process is developing the communications
plan for rolling it out to the entire organization.
This plan includes consideration of how each organization
integrates the vision as a driver for operations and decision
making.
