Envisioneering:
Creating Your Vision

  • Does your organization have a vision of what you want it to be in the future?

  • What is the rallying picture or image of your organization that you want all of your employees to commit to?

  • How can employees be empowered to make decisions that have a long term impact on the company without having guideposts to achieve the desired future?

  • What is the cost to the organization when critical decisions are delayed or not made because there is no sense of where you are trying to go?

The future will occur with or without a vision of what you want the company to become.  However, if you want it to reflect your long term goals and picture of success, you need to have and communicate a vision that your organization can embrace.

Workshop Description:
Envisioneering -- Creating Your Vision

This facilitated workshop provides a disciplined approach for the leadership team to create a vision for the company.  Through brainstorming of the factors that affect the company’s future and the world in which it will operate, workshop participants will define and evolve an image of the company’s future state.  This vision creation process elicits ownership and commitment to be champions of the vision throughout the organization.  The last step in the process is developing the communications plan for rolling it out to the entire organization.  This plan includes consideration of how each organization integrates the vision as a driver for operations and decision making.
