Organizational
Character Index®:
Personality
Type for Organizations
The Organizational Character Index® (OCI) is a tool developed
by William Bridges that is used to determine and explain the personality
type of organizations. Based on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
(MBTI), the results
provide tremendous insights, especially for those already familiar
with personality type theory.
Rather than determining the overall classification of an
organization through a distribution of types for each of its
members, the OCI captures the type dynamic of the organization as
perceived by those completing the instrument.
We'll be glad to discuss
the possibilities this tool has to offer your group.
